SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partner then brings the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is the range of locations to which Saniola ships their products?

Saniola ships throughout India. 

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days. There might be slight delays due to Covid-19 Pandemic Situation. (Excluding Sunday and Public Holidays)

Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.

While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. If you are ordering our products from any of our Sale events, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping charge if applicable, and on the first package you receive.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition if the return request is initiated within 24hours of the deliveryOpened or used products will not be accepted as returns.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  3. Serial Number is tampered with.
  4. Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  5. Product is used or altered
  6. If request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery
  7. Free product provided by brand is not returned
  8. Personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Please note : Currently we are not accepting returns on orders for safety and hygiene reasons Only Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If a return is accepted, for payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7-10 business days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders to be delivered in India): If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can connect with our customer support team.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: We are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders as of now.
